I'm Timothy Hultzman, a web designer and developer in Suffolk, Virginia, and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. I've been building websites for more than five years. Timothy Hultzman Web Design makes websites for local businesses: made for phones, quick to load, and easy for your customers to call, order or book from.
How I work
- One person from the first call to launch and after. You always deal with me, never a call center.
- We meet by appointment, at your business or by phone, anywhere in Hampton Roads.
- I reply within 2 business days, and you follow the work, approve it and ask for changes in your client portal.
- Your web address and accounts stay in your name, so you're never stuck with me.
To be upfront: I use AI tools for frontend design. I check and finish every site myself, and you always deal with me.
Where I work
I'm based in Suffolk and meet business owners across Hampton Roads: Suffolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Hampton, Newport News, Smithfield and Franklin. Anywhere else, phone and email work just as well.
What else I build
Besides websites for local businesses, I build and run my own software: the Lantern suite (Anvil, TurtleDeck and Lantern Hub), web tools used by Minecraft players, with one shared account and paid plans, and Lantern UI, the open-source design system this site is built with. It keeps my skills sharp, and all of it is live on thultz.dev.
