How to give me access

Last updated September 27, 2026

To work on your domain, website or Google listing, I don't need your password. Each of these services lets you add me as a helper with my own login, and you can remove me at any time.

Wherever it asks for an email address, use:support@thultz.dev

Please never send me a password, in the portal, by email or by text. If a service has no way to add me, we'll do it together on a call instead, and you type any passwords yourself.

Find your service

Not sure which one you use? Look for the company name on the bill or renewal email for your domain or website, or just ask me in the portal and I'll help you find out.

Your domain name

GoDaddy

Domain names and hosting bought from GoDaddy.

Choose: Products & Domains

  1. Sign in to GoDaddy and go to account.godaddy.com/access (the Delegate Access page).
  2. Under “People who can access my account”, click Invite to Access.
  3. Type my name, Tim Hultz, and my email, support@thultz.dev.
  4. Choose Products & Domains. If it asks about domain actions, choose management only. Then click Invite.
  • I can't buy anything, see your payment details or see your password.
  • The invitation expires after a couple of days, so let me know when you've sent it.

Menus sometimes move. If something doesn't match, see GoDaddy's own help page or ask me.

Namecheap

Choose: DNS settings

  1. Sign in to Namecheap and click Domain List on the left.
  2. Click Manage next to your domain.
  3. Open the Sharing & Transfer tab and find Share Access.

  • This is done one domain at a time. The invitation lasts 7 days.

Menus sometimes move. If something doesn't match, see Namecheap's own help page or ask me.

  • Without full control I can't remove you or delete the Page.
  • If your Page is managed in Meta Business Suite, the steps are different. Tell me and we'll do it together on a call.

Menus sometimes move. If something doesn't match, see Facebook Page's own help page or ask me.

Stuck, or your service isn't here?

That's completely fine. Book a short call and we'll do it together while you share your screen, so you never have to read a password out to me. Or call or text (757) 337-4258.

When the work is finished, you can remove my access the same way you added it, and I'm happy to walk you through that too.
