Terms of use

These terms cover using this client portal. The work itself (what I'll build, the price and the schedule) is agreed separately with each client in writing.
Your account
- Accounts are by invitation. Please keep your password to yourself; invite teammates so each person has their own login.
- Tell me straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- You're responsible for what people you invite do in the portal on your business's behalf.
What you share
- You keep ownership of what you upload (logos, photos, text). You give me permission to use it to do your project.
- Please only upload things you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful or harmful.
- Don't upload passwords, card numbers or other highly sensitive information. If I need a login, I'll ask for a safer way to get it.
Approvals and requests
When you click Approve, I take it as your go-ahead for that item. Requests are handled within 2 business days unless we've agreed otherwise; urgent problems get a faster response.
Payments
Invoices are paid through Stripe on their secure page. Payment terms are the ones on each invoice and in our agreement.
Availability
I work to keep the portal available and safe, but it may occasionally be down for maintenance. It's provided as is, without warranties beyond those in our written agreement, and to the extent the law allows my liability for the portal itself is limited to the fees you paid me in the previous 3 months.
Ending
You can delete your account any time. I may suspend access that's misused. What happens to your data afterwards is explained in the privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
