Accessibility statement
Last updated September 26, 2026
Everyone should be able to use this portal, whatever their eyesight, hearing, movement or comfort with computers.
The standard
The portal is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Every change is checked with automated tests, and pages are checked by hand with a keyboard alone and with a screen reader (VoiceOver).
Built in
- Larger text and Light mode buttons at the top of every page. Your choice is remembered.
- Text is 18 pixels by default, and the page still works when zoomed to 200% or more.
- Colors meet contrast requirements in both dark and light mode, and nothing relies on color alone.
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a clear outline showing where you are, and a “Skip to main content” link.
- Buttons and links are large and easy to tap.
- Forms have visible labels, plain instructions and error messages that say how to fix the problem.
- No time limits on filling in forms. Sign-in codes last 10 minutes, and a new one is one click away.
- Motion is kept to a minimum and turned off if your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limits
- The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. If it's hard to use, email or call and I'll book the time for you.
- Invoices are paid on Stripe's page, which Stripe maintains.
- Files people upload (like PDFs from other sources) may not be accessible. Ask and I'll provide the content another way.
Tell me about a problem
If anything is hard to use, please tell me and I'll fix it or help you another way. Email support@thultz.dev or call or text (757) 337-4258. I aim to reply within 2 business days.
